Camilo José Cela University prepares to host the European Universities Padel Championship 2027

Universidad Camilo José Cela (UCJC) is preparing to host the European Universities Padel Championship 2027, which will take place in Madrid from 17 to 21 July 2027.

The competition will bring together universities and student-athletes from different European countries, providing UCJC with another opportunity to strengthen its commitment to university sport and the organisation of international sporting events.

Together with SEK Education Group, the University is already working on the preparations for the championship and on the different areas required to ensure the successful delivery of the event, including sports facilities, accommodation, catering, logistics, communications and services for athletes and delegations.

One of the main objectives of the organisation will be to offer participants a truly international university experience, taking advantage of the UCJC campus to bring together the competition and many of the services required throughout the championship in one location.

Hosting the European Universities Padel Championship 2027 will also contribute to further strengthening the University's international profile through sport and consolidate the campus as a venue for major university sporting events.
